Preliminary counselling and immediate assistance

For those seeking advice we offer preliminary counselling and immediate help. From all over Germany more than 1000 enquiries for help reach us annually - letters, telephone-calls and many e-mails. The offer of assistance is not only directed at girls and boys who are subjected to sexual violence, but also at those adults responsible for protecting the children. The counsellors and therapists work on initial solutions together with those seeking help. In cases where we in Hamburg are unable to help any further, assistance in accredited organisations in other cities is arranged. If so wished, personal conversations are held in our Hamburg premises.
